Introduction
Edinburgh Adult Psychiatry, in compliance with our Duty of Candour Policy, publishes an annual report promptly after each financial year concludes. This report details how many times we have triggered the Duty of Candour within our service during this period. Our report includes a summary of the number and nature of any Duty of Candour incidents, with any identifiable materials redacted. Any incidences where the policy has been triggered will be reflected upon, including learning points, areas for future improvements and changes to our policy or procedures.
